U.S. Facilities is listed in the U.S. General Services Administration’s (GSA) Schedule as a certified supplier for the following services (Service Identification Number, or SIN):

Our GSA Schedule approval allows U.S. Facilities to receive early alerts about GSA projects and to select and pursue priority opportunities.
U.S. Facilities currently manages such major government service projects as:
• The Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building, overseen by the Architect of the Capitol and home to the offices of the U.S. Supreme Court, encompasses approximately one million square feet. The building has a café, fitness center, data center, health unit, credit union, child development center, education center, multiple conference rooms, broadcast studio, video conferencing center and library.
We are responsible for all facility operations, maintenance, and support services, including management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment. Management functions include: planning, scheduling, coordination, organizing and quality control. We provide specified services through both in-house employees and sub-contractors.
• The Curran-Fromhold/Riverside Correctional Facilities, owned by the City of Philadelphia, has two high-security prison facilities, totaling 987,120 square feet with 3,800 beds for male and female inmates. This prison complex occupies 25 acres and includes a state-of-the-art “cook-chill” food factory with a production capacity of 24,000 meals a day.
We provide 24/7 maintenance services through a staff of 81 on-site personnel that include managers, supervisors, administrative and trades personnel. Our on-site personnel expend 160,000 labor hours each year in providing facility operations and maintenance services. Facility management includes equipment operation, maintenance, repair and preventive maintenance, workplace safety and environmental compliance, quality control, and a tool security program.
• The District of Columbia Unified Communication Center is a consolidated communications center with a total of 127,347 square feet, and a child development center totaling 12,097 square feet with surrounding grounds.
We have full management responsibility for all facility systems’ operations, including maintenance and repair for the structures and equipment, performing building operations, landscaping, custodial, plumbing and electrical systems, as well as preventive maintenance.
U.S. Facilities oversees subcontractors used to perform specialized services such as underground storage tank inspection, boiler and pressure vessel inspection, fire/life safety systems maintenance, HVAC control system maintenance, water treatment, electrical inspection/testing, thermographic survey, UPS maintenance, roof inspection, chiller maintenance and security system maintenance.
• The Social Security Administration’s Mid-Atlantic Center is a seven-story building housing executive offices, general office work area, computer centers, warehousing, and underground parking. Its interior area totals 570,585 square feet. U.S. Facilities is responsible for managing all facility operations, maintenance and support services.
